Maarif for Education and Training represents the first school educational system in the Middle East and the third outside the United States of America. It is a company that includes a large chain of schools inside Saudi Arabia, including: (Manarat Al-Riyadh, Manarat Jeddah, Manarat Al-Madinah, Manarat Al-Khobar, Manarat Al-Dammam, Al Faisaliah Al Islamiah – Khobar, Noor Al Islam- Dammam, Green Hills International- Jeddah and GEMS Saudi International – Dhahran) as it strives to achieve academic excellence and provide an educational climate that enables its students to develop their abilities and skills; And achieve their ambitions in order to face the future life challenges. Maarif for Education has 24,000 students in its schools at all levels of education, from kindergarten to secondary, and provides a variety of education tracks covering both the national curricula and the international curricula with its British and American tracks. Its vision is to prepare creative students who contribute to the renaissance and strength of the nation.

In 2020, the contract was signed between Solvait and Maarif for Education and Training; It is important to point out that Solvait Certified for Microsoft Dynamics 365, plans, develops, & optimizes the Human Capital Management enterprises capabilities to have streamlined HR functions for institutions and companies. Furthermore, Solvait offers very wide-ranging technological solutions for companies and institutions that need human and financial resources systems, considering the special requirements submitted by business owners wishing to develop their business and raise it to a higher level of success!

During the signing of Maarif agreement, they provide their project proposal, which contained detailed data about building Human Resources and Payroll systems. For Example, they amid to adding some special transactions for students (female and male) such as issuing and Booking Tickets, E-mail self-services, Telephone directory, and Overtime and Attendance System for the students that are applying to Maarif schools and many other details that made Solvait feel very excited to work on it.

Solvait studied this project very carefully and discussed it with all the company members; then they decided to work on this project for 360 days, dividing the development stages of this huge project by following the Agile Software Development methodology that aims to satisfy the customer through early and continuous delivery of high-value software. It is a methodology that uses the principle of short meetings of the staff. In these short meetings, the developments and software problems are discussed, and each of the team members then solves these problems separately. The staff also works on using programming languages ​​and software solutions that suit their knowledge, and they model schematics in a simplified way so that they are explained it with team members. In fact, this method enables programmers to save time spent in solving the problems they face while performing the programming operations of the required systems.

Finally, after passing 360 days of challenges and continuous work towards the success of this project for Maarif for Education and Training, Solvait succeeded in completing its mission and with all the required additions and modifications to the Human resources and Payroll systems of Maarif. Solvait now very proud of the results of its agreement with Maarif for Education and Training and their positive feedback on it. Finally, we can say that it was a challenging journey, and it was needing both parties’ patience and hard effort to turn the project proposal into something tangible between our hands!

!سولفيت ومعارف للتعليم والتدريب… قصة نجاح فريدة من نوعها

تمثل معارف للتعليم والتدريب أول منظومة تعليمية مدرسية في الشرق الأوسط والثالثة خارج الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، فهي  شركة تضم سلسلة مدارس كبيرة في داخل السعودية ومنها: ( منارات الرياض ، منارات جدة ، منارات المدينة المنورة ، منارات الدمام ، منارات الخبر ، الفيصلية الإسلامية بالخبر ، نور الإسلام بالدمام وجيمس السعودية الدولية بالظهران ، الروابي الخضراء العالمية بجدة ) حيث تسعى جاهدة لتحقيق التميز الأكاديمي وتوفير مناخ تعليمي يُمكن طلابها من تطوير قدراتهم ومهاراتهم ؛ و تحقيق طموحاتهم في مواجهة تحديات الحياة المستقبلية. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن معارف للتعليم تضم في مدارسها 24000 طالب وطالبة بكافة مراحل التعليم من الروضة وحتى الثانوي، وتوفر مسارات تعليم متنوعة تغطي كلا من المناهج الوطنية، والمناهج العالمية بمساريها البريطاني والأمريكي، وتتمثل رؤيتها في إعداد طلبة مبدعين يسهمون في نهضة الوطن وقوته

في عام 2020 تم توقيع الاتفاق والتعاقد ما بين سولفيت ومعارف للتعليم والتدريب؛ حيث من الجدير بالذكر أن سولفيت تمتلك شهادة معتمدة من مايكروسوفت داينميكس 365، التي بدورها تقدم الأنظمة التي تعمل على تحسين الخطط وتطوير قدرات المؤسسات والشركات على إدارة رأس المال البشري للحصول على وظائف موارد بشرية مبسطة. أن ما تقدمه سولفيت عبارة عن حلول تكنولوجية واسعة المدى للشركات والمؤسسات التي بحاجة الى أنظمة خاصة بالموارد البشرية والمالية مع مراعاة المتطلبات الخاصة التي يتقدم بها أصحاب الأعمال الراغبين في تطويرأعمالهم و رفعها الى مستوى أعلى من النجاح

ومن ضمن الإجراءات التي تضمنها توقيع الاتفاق هو تقديم معارف للتعليم والتدريب مقترح المشروع الخاص بها والذي كان يحتوي على مقترح لبناء أنظمة لمواردها البشرية والمالية وأنظمة الرواتب . حيث أن المقترح كان يتضمنه الكثيرمن التفصيلات المضافة مثل إضافة المعاملات الخاصة بالطلاب (إناثًا وذكورًا) من إصدار وحجز للتذاكر، ونظام خاص بالحضور والمغادرة والاوقات الإضافية، وخدمات ذاتية خاصة بالبريد الالكتروني والأرقام الخاصة بالطلاب المتقدمين لهذا المدارس وغيرها الكثير من التفصيلات التي جعلت من سولفيت تمتلك حماسة كبيرة لدراستها ومناقشتها مع معارف والبدء بانجازها بالوقت المناسب على أفضل وجه

قامت سولفيت بدراسة هذا المشروع بدقة كبيرة ومناقشته مع كل أفراد الشركة؛ فقررت بعد ذلك العمل على هذا المشروع لمدة 360 يومًا، وتقسيم مراحل تطوير هذا المشروع الضخم باتباع منهجية  الأجايل التي تهدف إرضاء العميل عن طريق التسليم المبكر والمتواصل لبرمجيات ذات قيمة عالية. فهي منهجية تستخدم مبدأ الاجتماعات القصيرة لفريق العمل حيث يتم فيها مناقشة المستجدات والمشاكل البرمجية التي تمت مواجهتها أثناء العمل، حيث يقوم كل من أعضاء الفريق بعد ذلك بحل هذه المشاكل على حدى. كما يعمل فريق العمل على استخدام لغات البرمجة والحلول البرمجية التي تتناسب مع معرفتهم، ويقومون بنمذجة المخططات بطريقة مبسطة حتى يتم شرحها إلى فريق العمل. حيث يُمكن هذا الأسلوب المبرمجين من توفير الوقت المستهلك في حل المشكلات التي تواجههم أثناء القيام بعمليات البرمجة الخاصة بالأنظمة المطلوبة

وبعد مرور 360 يومًا من التحديات والعمل المستمر في سبيل إنجاح هذا المشروع الخاص بمعارف للتعليم والتدريب، نجحت سولفيت بالفعل في إتمام مهمتها على أكمل وجه مع كل الإضافات والتعديلات المطلوبة على أنظمة الموارد البشرية والمالية الخاص بشركة معارف. سولفيت الآن تشعر بالفخر الكبير من نتائج اتفاقها مع معارف للتعليم والتدريب واستجابتهم الإيجابية لها. واخيرًا،  يمكننا القول أنه قد كان اتفاقا مليئًا بالتحديات والنجاح الذي تطلب من الطرفين الصبروبذل الكثير من الجهود من أجل تحويل فكرة مقترح المشروع العظيمة الى شيء ملموس على أرض الواقع
