Adjacent distributed-workforce evidence: in our retail case study, shift coverage and attendance improved by 45% and absenteeism fell by 35%. That is a retail deployment, not a real-estate one. We cite it because the shift-and-site problem is the same.

    Sound familiar?

What we hear from HR directors at Saudi developers, property managers and family groups with a real-estate arm.

Your people are spread across sales centres, handed-over properties and FM sites. Attendance is a guess.

Sales teams are on commission plans that payroll receives as an email attachment and re-keys by hand at month-end.

Holding company, project companies, FM arm: each its own entity, its own CR and its own payroll, run by one HR team.

Nobody can tell you what a property costs in people, so the asset P&L is missing its biggest line.

    Field workforce

Attendance you can see, not attendance you assume.

Leasing consultants, FM technicians, supervisors: none of them walk past a head-office reader. Solvait HCM captures attendance where the work happens.

    • A geo-fence around each property, sales centre or FM site. A check-in outside it is flagged, not silently accepted.
    • Roster by site: publish next week to the people assigned there, and see who is actually on it today.
    • Shift, overtime and allowance rules applied to Saudi Labor Law at the moment of the shift.

    Multi-entity engine

A real-estate group is not one company, and your HR system should stop pretending it is.

Holding company, a project company per development, an FM arm. Solvait HCM runs them as separate legal entities inside one platform.

    • Each entity keeps its own CR, GOSI establishment, WPS file and payroll calendar.
    • Inter-company transfers carry service history, leave balance and end-of-service with the employee.
    • Consolidated group reporting that drills back down to one entity, property or employee.

    Commission & incentive payroll

The month-end email chain between sales ops and payroll, deleted.

Commission is the pay element most often calculated outside the payroll system, which is why it is the one people argue about.

    1. 01

      Configure the plan

Tiers, thresholds, split deals, team overrides, clawback on a cancelled unit.

    2. 02

      Feed it the results

Bookings, collections and handover milestones come in from your sales or ERP system.

    3. 03

      Compute inside payroll

Rawatib runs commission as a pay element in the monthly cycle, with GOSI handled correctly.

    4. 04

Pay it and keep the trail

It lands in the same payslip and the same WPS file, and every approval is on the record.

    Cost allocation

What does this property actually cost in people?

If workforce cost sits in a group overhead line, every asset-level P&L is missing its biggest number. Solvait HCM carries a cost dimension down to the employee.

    • Cost centre per property, tower, project or FM contract, assigned to the employee or to the shift.
    • Commission, overtime and allowances land in the same dimension as the base salary that earned them.
    • Posts into finance through the integration layer, so the asset P&L and the payroll run agree.

    Compliance, entity by entity

Running several legal entities does not multiply the compliance work if the platform knows they are separate. This is the part you stop thinking about.

    GOSI, per entity

Contributions calculated and reconciled against each establishment registration separately. A holding company and its FM arm are two files, and the platform treats them that way.

    WPS / Mudad

The wage protection file generated per entity from the payroll run itself, in the format each bank expects, on the schedule the ministry expects.

    Qiwa

Contract records kept consistent with what Qiwa holds for every CR in the group, so a mismatch never surfaces in the middle of a transfer or a new hire.

    Nitaqat

Saudization band visible per entity and across the group, including what moving an employee between two of your own companies would do to each band.

    Muqeem

Iqama status and expiry tracked per employee wherever they are posted, with alerts early enough that a site supervisor is never stopped at a gate.

    Mutaba'aa

The expiry calendar nobody owns across a group: CRs, licences, contracts, probation ends and document renewals, watched entity by entity.

    Hijri calendar

Leave entitlements, end-of-service and contract dates work in Hijri and Gregorian, because half the paperwork in this sector does.

    Audit trail

Every approval, override and pay element change is on the record, which is what a group auditor asks for when payroll spans several companies.
